Do I Really Need a Personal Career Coach?
We all do.
Sometimes a personal coach is called a mentor—someone who will objectively work with you to determine where and what God has called you to accomplish in every aspect of your life.
Once I help you identify the gifts you’ve been given, I will help you formulate your career goals and the path to reach them.
As your coach I will help you achieve:
I’ll assist you in defining your reality. Are your career goals realistic? Are you operating under assumptions about your career path that make sense?
Together, we will examine your vision and define your career goals. Are you driven by purpose? Or, have you let one thing lead to another, then another, until you don’t know how you got where you are and don’t really know where you are heading?
If you have roadblocks in your life or at your workplace, what will it take to get past them? And beyond that how much time will it realistically take?
How might your thinking, opinions and conclusions of your past direct you to what you think your new career path should be?
Planning and setting goals for your career are great! But without accountability to yourself, your plans, and your goals—they may only exist on paper. I will help you make those career plans and goals concrete and personally coach you as you make them a reality.
